Who we are
BVCA (Business Valuation Council of Australia) is administered by Valuation Group Pty Ltd (ABN 48 702 469 252). In this notice, "we" means Valuation Group Pty Ltd acting for BVCA.
What we collect
When you register interest, we collect your name, email address, what you're interested in and anything you write in the message box. We don't collect payment details, because BVCA doesn't take payments yet.
Why we collect it
To contact you about BVCA: council and assessor roles, comment on the draft framework, and the opening of admissions. If you put your hand up for a council or assessor role, we also use what you tell us to check your independence.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. Once appointed, the independent council and admissions panel may see registrations relevant to their roles. We may also use service providers that host this website and handle form messages, and we will disclose information where the law requires it.
Fonts
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for how it uses that information.
Access, correction and removal
You can ask to see, correct or remove your information, or to stop hearing from us, at any time through the contact page.
Changes
We'll update this notice as BVCA develops, for example when admissions open. Last updated 27 October 2026.
